How do I know if my order has been received?

Once you place your order online, you will receive an email confirmation with an Order Number ID.

When can I expect my order?

Order preparation and fulfillment can take anywhere from 5-10 business days. Depending on the shipping destination, shipping can take anywhere from 1-6* business days. *These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.  

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada and the United States at this time.

Do you offer local pick-up?

We do not offer local pick-up at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

We work with a third-party to offer flat rate shipping across Canada and the US, based on the number of items that have been ordered. Please see the final shipping costs at checkout. 

Why is my order separated into multiple packages?

Large orders may also need to be broken up into separate packages.

Can I return my order?

All orders are final sale - we are unable to process returns at this time.

What should I do if an item is received damaged or broken in transit?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any damage question or issue at hello@mamayana.ca.
